Common use of QUOTATION; LISTING Clause in Contracts

QUOTATION; LISTING. If FBI Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on Nasdaq or any securities exchange, FBI, upon the request of Holder, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of FBI Common Stock or other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on Nasdaq or such other securities exchange and will use its reasonable best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.
