Common use of QUOTATION; LISTING Clause in Contracts

QUOTATION; LISTING. If Issuer Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on the NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq or any other securities exchange, Issuer, upon the request of Holder, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of Issuer Common Stock or other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on the NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq or such other securities exchange and will use its best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.

If Issuer Common Stock or any other securities to be acquired in connection with the upon exercise of the Option are then authorized for quotation or trading or listing on the NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq AMEX or any other securities exchangeexchange or market, Issuer, upon the request of HolderGrantee, will promptly file an application, if required, to authorize for quotation or trading or listing the shares of Issuer Common Stock or other securities to be acquired upon exercise of the Option on the NYSE, AMEX, Nasdaq AMEX or such other securities exchange or market and will use its best efforts to obtain approval, if required, of such quotation or listing as soon as practicable.
