Quotation for Services. (a) A quote or proposal provided by Powernet to the Client does not constitute a legally binding offer to provide the Services and an acceptance of that quote or proposal will not bind Powernet unless Powernet subsequently agrees in writing to provide those Services in accordance with the accepted quote or proposal.
