Queue Management. 5.1 Any IFT transaction that is not settled immediately shall be processed in the order of priority set out in Rule 5.2, and within the same priority level, according to FIFO principles, subject to any exception that the Service Provider may consider necessary (e.g. during gridlock resolution). 5.2 For the purposes of Rule 5.1, the IFT transactions shall be processed in the following descending order of priority: (a) MAS Transactions; (b) Cheque, IBG and FAST clearing transactions; (c) Express payments; (d) SGSMB transactions;
