Purchasing error is generated by the Customer We appreciate that our customers may change their minds on items purchased, but can confidently know that Medline offers a return goods policy that is designed to be fair and reasonable. To this end we have implemented a tiered fee system. Products are received faulty / damaged / short dated Medline will accept the return of any item that has been shipped in error or found to be defective. Damaged items will require the appropriate inspection and or documentation that will allow Medline to file the appropriate claim with the carrier. We ask that customers adhere to our return of goods policy. Maximum time to replace goods. After 180 days items are no longer returnable.
