Common use of Question 11 Clause in Contracts

Question 11. The RFP mentions C&A activities in several locations. Because C&A is associated with the old DIACAP Process, is it the government's intention to mean A&A, which is the new process/activity associated with Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities? Or does the Government have existing systems/environments that are ATO'd under the old C&A process that require maintenance of and migration away from C&A to A&A? Answer 11: SOW paragraphs 3.3.1.4 and 3.3.2.1 have been updated to include A&A language.
