Quarterly GSC Meetings Sample Clauses
The "Quarterly GSC Meetings" clause establishes a requirement for the Governance Steering Committee (GSC) to convene on a quarterly basis. This means that, at least four times a year, designated representatives from relevant parties must meet to discuss project progress, address issues, and make key decisions. By mandating regular meetings, the clause ensures ongoing oversight, timely communication, and coordinated decision-making, thereby helping to maintain project alignment and resolve issues proactively.
