Promptly after preparation but no later than 60 days after the last day of each fiscal quarter of Borrower, Financials showing the Companies' consolidated financial condition and results of operations for that fiscal quarter and for the period from the beginning of the current fiscal year to the last day of that fiscal quarter, accompanied by a Compliance Certificate with respect to the period covered by such Financials.
