Common use of Quarterly Federal Financial Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Federal Financial Reports. The Grantee will submit the Federal Financial Report (Standard Form 425) on the same schedule as the required quarterly progress report (listed above). Reports should be submitted online through GrantSolutions. Reports will be submitted in accordance with the form’s instructions. The final SF-425 is due within 90 days after the end of the Project Performance Period, but may be submitted as soon as all outstanding expenditures have been completed. The Grantee must be able to support the information contained in its financial reports and will ensure that all data included in the reports is accurate and consistent.
