Quarterly Federal Financial Report. The Grantee shall furnish one (1) copy of a quarterly financial status report to the Grant Manager, and one (1) copy to the Administrative Officer, on or before the thirtieth (30th) calendar day of the month following the end of the quarter being reported. The Grantee shall use SF-425, Federal Financial Report, in accordance with the instructions accompanying the form, to report all transactions, including Federal cash, Federal expenditures and unobligated balance, recipient share, and program income.
