Common use of Quarterly Distribution Date Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Distribution Date. Except as otherwise determined by the Reorganized Debtors in their sole discretion, on each Quarterly Distribution Date or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable, the Disbursing Agent shall make the distributions required to be made on account of Allowed Claims and Interests under the Plan on such date. Any distribution that is not made on the Initial Distribution Date or on any other date specified herein because the Claim that would have been entitled to receive that distribution is not an Allowed Claim or Interest on such date, shall be distributed on the first Quarterly Distribution Date after such Claim or Interest is Allowed. No interest shall accrue or be paid on the unpaid amount of any distribution paid on a Quarterly Distribution Date in accordance with Article VI.A of the Plan.
