Quantity Limits Clause Samples

The Quantity Limits clause sets a maximum or minimum amount of goods or services that one party is obligated to provide or the other is entitled to receive under a contract. Its core function is to manage expectations and prevent disputes by clearly defining the boundaries of supply and demand, thereby protecting both parties from over-commitment or under-fulfillment.
