Quantity Certification Clause Samples

Typically, this involves an independent party or designated representative measuring and certifying the actual quantities received, which may be compared against delivery documents or contractual requirements. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon record of quantities, thereby reducing disputes and providing a reliable basis for payment or further obligations.
