Quantities; Minimum Order Quantity. Exacto will deliver products within ten percent (10%) of the quantity ordered (over or under) unless Exacto otherwise agrees in writing. Customer will accept and pay for the actual quantity delivered within this parameter and any amount delivered within this parameter constitutes full satisfaction of the Order. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 3 pallets per product per pack size shall apply to all Orders of private label products placed between October 1 and April 30 of each year. Orders of private label products placed between May 1 and September 30 of each year that are accepted by Exacto but do not meet the MOQ may be subject to extended lead times.
