Quantities Exceeding Threshold. If, for any reason whatsoever, NAMISA requires the performance of Services in relation to more than the Monthly Quantity or Basic Annual Quantity, during, respectively, each month of the term of this Agreement or each Mining Year, CSN and NAMISA shall discuss, in good faith, such additional Services requirement.
