Common use of Quantitative Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Quantitative Restrictions. 1. Each Party shall set out in its Schedule to Annex III any quantitative restriction that it maintains at the national level. 2. Each Party shall notify the other Party of any quantitative restriction that it adopts, other than at the local government level, after the date of entry into force of this Agreement and shall set out the restriction in its Schedule to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. 3. The Parties shall periodically, but in any event at least every two years, endeavor to negotiate the liberalization or removal of the quantitative restrictions set out in Annex III pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2.

The Parties shall periodically, but in any event at least every two years, endeavor endeavour to negotiate the liberalization or removal of the quantitative restrictions set out in Annex III V pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2.

The Parties shall periodicallyRegularly, but in any event at least every two 2 years, endeavor the Parties shall endeavour to negotiate with the liberalization aim of liberalizing or removal of the eliminating: (a) existing quantitative restrictions set out maintained by a Party, according to the list referred to in Annex III pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2paragraph 1; or (b) quantitative restrictions adopted by a Party after the entry into force of this Agreement.
