The Quality Supervision clause establishes the right and process for overseeing and verifying the quality of goods, services, or work provided under a contract. Typically, it allows one party—often the buyer or client—to inspect, test, or review deliverables at various stages to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards and specifications. This clause helps prevent substandard performance or materials by enabling early detection and correction of quality issues, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the final output aligns with contractual expectations.
Quality Supervision. All services performed under the Licensed Marks and all goods to which the Licensed Marks are applied shall at all times be in compliance with applicable laws, and such services performed or goods supplied shall in each case be effected in a manner so as not to bring discredit upon the Licensed Marks.
Quality Supervision. The subcontractor shall provide onsite Quality Supervision of its work force every day. The onsite supervisor shall be fully conversant in the English language and fully capable of communicating with the Subcontractor’s field crews. The supervisor shall be fully qualified to understand the written plans and specifications and safety directives and given full authority to resolve field construction conflicts that may arise.
Quality Supervision. 2.9.1. All services performed under the Licensed Marks and all products to which the Licensed Marks are applied shall at all times be in compliance with applicable Laws, and such services performed or products supplied shall in each case be effected in a manner so as not to harm the reputation and goodwill of the Licensed Marks. 2.9.2. Parent shall have the right to inspect any designation, document or other media including any Promotional Material, and any facilities or records, used or maintained by the Company in connection with the performance of any services or supply of goods under one or more of the Licensed Marks upon providing the Company with one (1) week prior written notice. Such inspection shall only be permitted during the Company’s normal business hours. If at any time Parent should find that the use by the Company or any Sublicensees of one or more of the Licensed Marks is not in full compliance with Parent’s quality standards or other specifications as set forth herein or established in connection herewith, Parent shall promptly notify the Company in writing, describing in detail the non-compliance, and as soon as practicable, but in no event later than thirty (30) days thereafter, the Company will take the necessary steps to correct any such deficiencies and to fully comply with Parent’s quality standards and other specifications. 2.9.3. Without limiting any of its other obligations under this Agreement, the Company must, if requested in writing by Parent, ensure that there appears on all written Promotional Material in which any Licensed M▇▇▇ is being used, a written statement to the effect that the relevant Licensed M▇▇▇ is a registered trademark of Parent and is used by the Company or any Sublicensees under license.
Quality Supervision. 6.1 In the manufacture, assembly and sale of the Licensed Product, Licensee shall itself and shall require its Vendors to maintain standards of commercially acceptable quality, which standards shall be no more exacting than those imposed by Queens on each of its other licensees in connection with the Licensed Product based solely on the quality of the finished Licensed Product, and Licensee shall also comply and cause its Vendors to comply with all governmental labeling laws or regulations. Quality Supervision. 9.1.1 Seller shall within *** upon effectiveness of the Contract provide Buyer with a list regarding standards on design, manufacturing and inspection of the Contract Equipment. Standards of design, manufacturing and inspection shall comply with provisions of Attachment I hereof. 9.1.2 Subject to the consent of Seller, Buyer may entrust a competent supervision entity to supervise equipment manufacture, inspections and pre-delivery examination, and to gather information regarding equipment installation, inspection, trial run and packing quality and to provide confirmation.
