Quality Sampling Clause Samples
The Quality Sampling clause establishes procedures for inspecting and evaluating samples of goods or services to ensure they meet specified quality standards. Typically, this involves selecting a representative subset of products from a larger batch for testing or review, with the results determining whether the entire batch is accepted, rejected, or subject to further inspection. By defining clear sampling methods and acceptance criteria, this clause helps prevent the delivery of substandard products and ensures consistent quality control throughout the contract.
