Quality Penalties. The Parties agree that, in accordance with final assays, the following Deductions shall be applied as quality penalties: Arsenic: US$ [***]/DMT shall be deducted for every 0.10% that the final content may be above [***]% up to [***]%. US$ [***]/DMT shall be deducted for every 0.10% that the final content may be above [***]% up to [***]%.
