Quality; Inventory Sample Clauses

Quality; Inventory. Subject to Section 4(A)(9) of the Service Agreement, Vendor will ship Parts for the Products that (1) are the equivalent in specifications and quality to the original parts supplied with the Products, or (2) meet such other specifications agreed upon by the parties. Vendor will maintain an inventory of general replacement Parts and special parts as may from time to time be required by Best Buy for the longer of five years or the period prescribed by applicable law. Best Buy is not obligated to retain or store replaced Parts.
