Quality Data Collection. i) If CLIENT uses an EHR, EAGLE will assist with configuration of CLIENT’s EHR to collect quality data. EAGLE will provide training/coaching to CLIENT regarding proper method of entering quality data. ii) If CLIENT does not use an EHR, EAGLE will assist with design of a data collection methodology.
