Quality control system. 11.2.1 The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Contract Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”). 11.2.2 The Contractor shall, within 30 days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority its QAP along with the Project Implementation Plan which shall include the following: a) Organization, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation; b) Quality assurance, management and control mechanism in accordance with Good Industry Practice; and c) Internal quality audit system.
