Quality Certification. Because DIRECTED seeks to continuously improve the quality of our products and the level of service to our customers DIRECTED requires SUPPLIER to maintain a documented quality procedure. SUPPLIER represents that it maintains a documented quality assurance procedure in accordance with QS 9000 and/or ISO 9000 quality assurance standards. SUPPLIER agrees to submit to DIRECTED its documented quality procedure for review. SUPPLIER agrees to, at its own expense, maintain certification under ISO 9000 and/or QS 9000 quality assurance programs.
Quality Certification. Within 10 months after the Contractor is awarded a BPA, the BPA Holder shall be International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certified for products related requirements, and maintain certification for the remaining performance period of the BPA. NOTE: ISO 9001:2008 certification: Per XXX.xxx companies have “a three-year transition period from the date of publication (September 2015) to move to the 2015 version. This means that, after the end of September 2018, a certificate to ISO 9001:2008 will no longer be valid.” xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/files/live/sites/isoorg/files/archive/pdf/en/iso_9001_- _moving_from_2008_to_2015.pdf. ISO 9001:2015 certification must be held by each CTA team member. ISO 9001:2015 certification is not required at time of quote submission. Upon BPA award all BPA Holders (including each individual CTA team member) must begin the process to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification. BPA holders will have 10 months after the date of BPA award to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification. Failure to obtain ISO certification within the ten (10) month deadline may result in off-ramping or cancellation of the BPA. Within 10 months after BPA award all identified participating dealers/resellers specified in the SCRM plan must be International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certified and maintain certification for the remaining performance period of the BPA. Should any participating dealers/resellers not obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification within 10 months after BPA award, the participating dealer/reseller shall not be permitted to fulfill orders under the 2GIT BPA(s).
Quality Certification. Supplier is responsible for utilizing processes, in the supply of the products and services covered in this Agreement, that are certified to ISO 9000 or planned to be certified ISO 9000 with a specified timeframe. Alcatel reserves the right to invoke the requirement for TL 9000 registration with a mutually specified timeframe for compliance.
Quality Certification. Concerning raw-materials, painting materials, foils or other materials on which a qualitative inspection by Xxxx-Xxxxx Technical Reception is not feasible, it is important that Supplier provides a Quality certification for each delivery. As an alternative, Supplier may previously send the Quality certification by email or fax, or indicate their availability, for example on the company’s website or supplier portal.
Quality Certification. 11.1 The Employer has developed a Business Management System (BMS) to assist control and manage standardised work practices at all levels. The BMS has been modelled on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and the intention is to maintain certification for the Employer.
Quality Certification. Contractor agrees to have a Six Sigma program operational within the GE GDC, which will be led at minimum by a certified Black Belt, who has undergone training as a Master Black Belt. Contractor will select at least two employees for training as a Master Black Belt within the term of this contract. All GE GDC employees (100%) will complete basic Quality Awareness Training before commencement or within 1 month of engagement on any of the Company’s or its affiliates Task Orders. The Contractor must be prepared to support the GE Six Sigma initiative and will therefore aim to have 4% of GE GDC employees Black Belt certified and 10% Green Belt certified within the term of this contract. All Business Relationship Managers / Account Managers (both at the Company site and at the Contractor site) shall be Black Belt certified. Exceptions to this certification for the BRM / AM may be made at the Company’s discretion. Verification of certification must be produced upon Company’s request. All six sigma training and certification will be within Contractor’s process, methodology and expense.
Quality Certification. 3.8.1. A copy of the Quality Certification must be included with each shipment of bags. The content of the Quality Certification is specified in the individual Purchase Specifications and is agreed to by HemaSure and the supplier by signing the Purchase Spec. document. 3.8.2. A member of supplier's QA department must sign the Quality Certification.
Quality Certification. Seller shall maintain a quality system at the manufacturing facility during the Term of the Agreement. The quality system is to be industry recognized and current by either NAPM or ISO Quality Certification.
Quality Certification. Unless Supplier furnishes Tellabs with a written waiver, signed by Verizon, upon signing this Agreement, Supplier shall be fully ISO 9000 compliant within six (6) months of the Effective Date. Supplier shall be ISO 9000 certified within twelve (12) months of the Effective Date and shall fully cooperate with Verizon’s mandatory source inspections, as Verizon sees fit.
Quality Certification. If required by an Exclusive Customer, Occam shall use reasonable efforts to obtain, and thereafter to maintain, TL-9000 certification, at its own expense, during the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof. Occam shall promptly inform Tellabs in writing of any loss of such certification, and use reasonable efforts to obtain recertification.
