Quality Assurance Work Verification Clause Samples
The Quality Assurance/Work Verification clause establishes standards and procedures to ensure that work performed under a contract meets specified quality requirements. Typically, this clause allows the client or an appointed inspector to review, test, or verify the contractor’s work at various stages, and may require the contractor to correct any deficiencies identified during inspections. a. Below is the number of random sample cases of participation in paid work activities the district will review semi- annually. Refer to the Instruction Guide for the minimum number of cases per district and guidance regarding review requirements.
b. Below is the number of random sample cases of participation in unpaid work activities the district will review semi-annually. Refer to the Instruction Guide for the minimum number of cases per district and guidance regarding review requirements.
c. Below is the number of random sample cases in which a case member is reported as an TA employability code 38 – “Parent needed in the home full time to care for an incapacitated/disabled household member” or TA employability code 48 – “Needed in the home to care for an incapacitated child full time – time limit exemption”. Refer to the Instruction Guide for the minimum number of cases per district and guidance regarding review requirements.
d. Below is the number of random sample cases in which a case member is reported as an employability code 31 – “Parent or caretaker relative of a child under 12 months of age”. Refer to the Instruction Guide for the minimum number of cases per district and guidance regarding review requirements. The district will review district worker or approved provider/vendor collected documentation and data entry of the above listed elements. The district will assess and verify that participation in the reported work activities listed above meet the State approved definition for the activity.
