Qualitv Sample Clauses
Qualitv. The intent of this specification is that the Contractor will provide cleaning services of a character customarily provided in first-class office buildings in Nashville, Tennessee, whether such services are included in the specifications or arc special services requested by the Owner or a tenant of the Owner. Owner is to be the sole judge of said quality and required frequency of services to be provided herein.
Qualitv. In the event of Transnet in its sole discretion, being dissatisfied for whatever reason with any or all of the work perfonmed by the Contractor, Transnet shall forthwith notify the Contractor thereof. The Contractor shall then forthwith redo the complete work at his own expense to the satisfaction of Transnel. Guarantee the quality of his workmanship for a period of four (4) months.
