Qualifying Credits Clause Samples
The Qualifying Credits clause defines which credits or acknowledgments are considered valid or acceptable under the terms of an agreement, typically in the context of film, television, or other creative projects. It outlines the specific criteria that credits must meet, such as the type of work performed, the prominence of the credit, or the medium in which it appears. For example, it may specify that only on-screen credits in a theatrical release count, excluding promotional materials or minor mentions. This clause ensures that only meaningful and relevant credits are recognized, thereby preventing disputes over what constitutes a qualifying credit and maintaining fairness in professional recognition.
Qualifying Credits. Credits to qualify for educational increments shall be approved by the Superintendent or Board of Education prior to the taking of courses, so that the teacher will know in advance if the graduate credits will allow the teacher to move on the schedule.
Qualifying Credits. Qualifying credits for advancement on the salary schedule must be earned after the award of the original teaching degree. An exception to this will be made for an employee who has a post graduate degree within the field directly related to his/her teaching assignment prior to earning the original teaching degree. Must be in the major teaching assignment or contain 20 s.h. graduate credits in assigned teaching field with a grade of "B" or better. Up to ten years of previous experience in approved schools will be granted for current salary schedule adjustment.
Qualifying Credits. All graduate or undergraduate semester which qualify for ESPB relicensing purposes, including those taken by CTP during the NDU Instructional Conference or other professional seminar or workshop including those taken on a school day whether on or off school site, shall count in their entirety for professional growth purposes and lane changes upon approval by the Superintendent.
