QUALIFIED NONELECTIVE CONTRIBUTIONS - AMOUNT. The amount of Qualified Nonelective Contributions made under Sections 3.1 of the Plan and A.3.1 of this Adoption Agreement and taken into account as Elective Deferral Contributions for purposes of calculating the "Actual Deferral Percentages," subject to such other requirements as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury, shall be (check one): (1) All such Qualified Nonelective Contributions. (2) Such Qualified Nonelective Contributions that are needed to meet the Actual Deferral Percentage test stated in Section 3.4(B)(2) of the Plan.
