Qualified Individual. Customer shall ensure that at least one of the Users at all times is a Qualified Individual. The number of Qualified Individuals at any given time may not exceed the maximum, if any, set forth on the Signature Page. The initial Qualified Individuals are designated on the Signature Page. Customer shall notify Supplier of any new or replacement Qualified Individuals.
