Common use of Qualified Drivers Clause in Contracts

Qualified Drivers. A. To be eligible for a parking permit, the driver of the vehicle must be a Junior or Senior registered to attend LRHS and have a valid driver’s license. B. All drivers must obtain a LRHS parking permit to park at LRHS. MTC and SFC permits do not qualify for parking at LRHS. Parking will be divided into three student categories: Seniors, OJT/MTI/SCF, and General. Your vehicle will only occupy one parking space. C. All permits must be purchased through the LRHS office and are not transferable to another driver. Any driver withdrawing from LRHS must turn in their parking permit on their last day. D. All drivers must have a current Application, printed copy of Parent & Student Driver’s License, Insurance card, and Registration of the vehicle parked on campus on file at the school. E. All student parking permits cost $50.00 and are good during school hours (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) August 12, 2019 to May 28, 2020. Parking permits are non-transferable to another student and non- refundable. F. All vehicle parking at LRHS will have assigned parking space. Your parking permit number will match your parking space. G. All Student Debt, Fees, Fines, overdue Library and Textbook must be cleared before a Parking Permit is issued.
