Qualified Applicator Certificate. Employees in the Senior Maintenance Worker and Senior Building Maintenance Worker classifications may be required to obtain and maintain a Qualified Applicator Certificate. Those employees required to obtain and/or maintain a Qualified Applicator Certificate shall be compensated an additional fifty dollars ($50.00) per month. The time, training, and fees associated with the acquisition, retention and maintenance will remain the City’s expense.
