QUALIFICATIONS AND NUMBER. Each director must be at least 18 years of age. A director need not be a stockholder or a resident of the State of Nevada. The initial Board of Directors shall consist of 2 persons. Thereafter the number of directors constituting the whole board shall be at least one. Subject to the foregoing limitation and except for the first Board of Directors, such number may be fixed from time to time by action of the stockholders or of the directors, or, if the number is not fixed, the number shall be 2. The number of directors may be increased or decreased by action of the stockholders or of the directors.
