QUALIFICATIONS AND NUMBER. A Shareholder Representative need not be a Shareholder, a citizen of Oman or a resident of Oman, except for the Chairman, who shall be a citizen of Oman as provided in clause 8.10 and for as long as the Chairman is so required to be an Omani citizen, RCA shall nominate such Chairman and such Chairman shall be the RCA Representative. The first Governing Committee (the “New Committee”) and all subsequent Governing Committees shall be elected or appointed pursuant to the provisions of clause 8.
