Qualification/Selection Process. The Health Agency will generally select Agencies that have experience in providing Supportive and/or Housing Services. However, in order to ensure the Health Agency has a varied pool of qualified Contractors, the Health Agency may offer Master Agreements to Agencies that offer a narrow scope of services in more highly specialized areas.
