QAPI and UM Programs. To the extent applicable to Provider, Provider shall adhere to the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Program (“QAPI”) and Utilization Management (“UM”) requirements specified by DHH and Company, including those set forth in the State Contract. Such requirements shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
