PYROTECHNIC DEVICE. No pyrotechnic devices shall be used without the prior express written consent of both Artist and Purchaser. Any such device shall be subject to applicable fire laws and shall be administered by a person with professional experience in pyrotechnics. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining all applicable permits.
