PVC Sample Clauses
PVC. This paragraph is superseded in its entirety by the following paragraphs:
PVC. PVC shall not be intentionally added to plastic parts in CSTBs. This requirement excludes PVC insulation in cables.
PVC. No product containing PVC greater than 1% by weight shall be sold to the City under the resulting Price Agreement when PVC-free options within the same or similar product line are available.
PVC. Quoted prices shall remain firm during the contract period and nothing extra shall be payable for any reason whatsoever.
