Putrescible Waste. “Putrescible Waste” means wastes that are capable of being decomposed by micro-organisms with sufficient rapidity as to cause nuisances because of odors, gases, or other offensive conditions, and includes materials such as, but not limited to Food Waste, offal, and dead animals; or as otherwise defined in 14 CCR Section 17402(a)(21).
Putrescible Waste. The term “putrescible” has the meaning ascribed to it in § 7.08.010(E) of the Code and further defined by regulations of the District Board of Health.
