Common use of Put Date Clause in Contracts

Put Date. A Put Date shall be the day on which a Put Notice shall be deemed delivered, which shall be (i) the Trading Day it is received by email by the Investor if such notice is received on or prior to 8:30 a.m. New York time or (ii) the immediately succeeding Trading Day if it is received by email after 8:30 a.m. New York time on a Trading Day or at any time on a day which is not a Trading Day.
