Push Cart a mobile piece of equipment or vehicle which operates in conjunction with a restaurant or commissary, utilizes single service utensils, and serves only hot dogs or pre-wrapped food items from a restaurant or commissary. The unit must report to the restaurant or commissary daily for cleaning, servicing, and supplies.
