PURSUANT TO MERGER. Any successor to Landlord, and subject to the limitation of Section 11.10, may administer the Regulations and Restrictions, together with the regulations and restrictions established with respect to any other real property additions, as one scheme. No merger or consolidation, however, shall effect any modification, change or addition to these Regulations and Restrictions except as hereinafter provided.
