Purposes; Powers. (a) The purposes of the Company are limited solely (i) to acquiring, owning, leasing, managing, conserving, maintaining, protecting, servicing and selling, transferring, pledging or hypothecating or otherwise dispose of investments in Garbage Trucks and Other Assets which, when held by the Company shall be held by the Company solely for lease to third parties, and (ii) to engaging in activities incidental to the purposes set forth in clause (i).
