PURPOSE, RECOGNITION AND APPLICATION OF AGREEMENT. 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Council, the employees and the Professional Institute, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to remuneration, hours of work, employee benefits and general working conditions affecting employees covered by this Agreement.
