Purpose of Program. The intent of this program is to assist in the development of classified employee’s skills and talents in regard to their current job duties and provide opportunity for employees to gain new skills and thereby enhance promotional opportunities within the current two job families of the unit, office-clerical and technical/quasi-professional.
