Purpose of Program. The purpose of this program is to increase the uptake of GHG reductions from home retrofits in Ottawa. The services delivered will support residents of Ottawa looking to upgrade the energy efficiency of their homes, and it will be specifically designed to direct customers to the City of Ottawa’s Better Homes Loan Program for financing.
