PURPOSE OF CHAPTER. In order to enable the Corporation effectively to fulfil its pur- poses and carry out the functions entrusted to it, the status, im- munities, exemptions and privileges set forth in this Chapter shall be accorded to the Corporation in the territory each Member Country.
