Team Member Data. Oyster will process Team Member Data as a data controller in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Laws, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Privacy Notice for Employees, Candidates and Team Members, and the Agreement for the purposes detailed in Schedule 1 of this DPA.
Team Member Data. Oyster will process Team Member Data as a controller to perform the functions as a global employment platform provider that may include, but are not limited to, (a) manage the relationship with the Customer; (b) carry out Oyster’s business operations, such as accounting, tax, billing, audit and compliance; (c) to investigate security issues, fraud, unauthorized or unlawful use of the Services and other misuses; (d) to improve the Services; and (e) as required by Applicable Data Protection Law.
Team Member Data. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, with respect to Team Member Data, the Parties are each independent data controllers.

  • Third Party Proprietary Data The Disclosing Party's Third Party Proprietary Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Project Information describing each Eligible Project that started, ended, or was ongoing in the reporting year.

  • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • Disclosure of Work Product As used in this Agreement, the term “Work Product” means any invention, whether or not patentable, know-how, designs, mask works, trademarks, formulae, processes, manufacturing techniques, trade secrets, ideas, artwork, software or any copyrightable or patentable works. Executive agrees to disclose promptly in writing to Company, or any person designated by Company, all Work Product that is solely or jointly conceived, made, reduced to practice, or learned by Executive in the course of any work performed for Company (“Company Work Product”). Executive agrees (a) to use Executive’s best efforts to maintain such Company Work Product in trust and strict confidence; (b) not to use Company Work Product in any manner or for any purpose not expressly set forth in this Agreement; and (c) not to disclose any such Company Work Product to any third party without first obtaining Company’s express written consent on a case-by-case basis.

  • Personnel Data The School shall maintain accurate and complete personnel and payroll information and shall provide such information to the Commission, in the format and timeframe prescribed by the Commission, as required for the Legislature or any State agency including but not limited to the Department of Budget & Finance, Employees' Retirement System, and the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. The School shall ensure each employee receiving State benefits qualifies for such benefits.
