Common use of Purpose; Formation Clause in Contracts

Purpose; Formation. The Parties hereby establish a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) that will monitor and oversee their activities under this Agreement in the Territory and under the China Agreement in China, resolve disputes within subcommittees and facilitate communications between the Parties with respect to the Development and Commercialization of Products in the Territory and in China (under the China Agreement), all in accordance with this Section 2.2.

Purpose; Formation. The Parties hereby establish a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) that will monitor and oversee their activities under this Agreement in the Territory and under the China Agreement in Chinato oversee, resolve disputes within subcommittees and facilitate communications communication between the Parties and make decisions to the extent expressly set forth herein with respect to to, matters arising in connection with the Development transaction contemplated by this Agreement, including those matter addressed in Articles II, III, IV and Commercialization of Products in the Territory V and in China (under Section 6.2 of the China Supply Agreement), all in accordance with this Section 2.2.
