Common use of Purchasing Member’s Exercise of Right Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Member’s Exercise of Right. Each Purchasing Member’s secondary right to purchase the remaining Selling Member’s Units shall be exercisable by delivering a written notice (the “Member Exercise Notice”) to the Selling Member prior to the expiration of the thirty (30) day period. Such Member Exercise Notice shall set forth the number of the Selling Member’s Units that the exercising Member desires to purchase.
