Purchasing Entity Reports. All of the following reports shall be provided to the Purchasing Entity, at no cost, and upon request by the Purchasing Entity.
i) Monthly report of any travel related data and charges for all Travelers.
ii) Ad-Hoc report based on the criteria the Purchasing Entity specifies.
iii) Unused ticket report for all Travelers.
Purchasing Entity Reports. Upon request of a Purchasing Entity, or via web portal available, Contractor must provide requester with a list of all active wireless phone numbers assigned to each account from the most recent quarter. This report must be downloadable.
