Common use of PURCHASES AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

PURCHASES AND EQUIPMENT. Any purchase of Equipment under this Contract shall be made in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules including those listed in Attachment D. Subrecipient shall retain title to and possession of any Equipment unless and until transferred to the GLO or disposed of in accordance with federal regulations. Subrecipient shall furnish, with its final request for reimbursement, a list of all Equipment purchased with Program funds under the Contract, including the name of the manufacturer, the model number, and the serial number, if applicable. The disposition of any Equipment shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, including those listed in Attachment D.
